What a great way to start the new year! I had a fantastic stay with my family at this cozy and family, friendly hotel in an amazing location. the hotel staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They provided us with clear information and instructions for checking in and out, and even left some welcome treats in our room. the hotel's key location , close to cable cars and ski slopes , was a definite advantage for us. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast spread, which provided us with plenty of energy for skiing.
we did notice a few areas where improvement could be made.

The hotel is located right next to the ski lift which was great for our family Christmas ski trip. We really enjoyed the breakfast which had a nice selection of local dishes and a few treats. The staff was friendly and welcoming which made our stay feel more special.
The hotel was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Our room was very basic and not very comfortable, especially the beds.

This small and cozy hotel is perfect for families and friends. the location is unbeatable, right at the cable car station, allowing for easy access to the ski resort and many activities. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of local dishes. the staff is friendly and always willing to help, making sure you feel at home. there is a lovely terrace to enjoy the view of the sunset.
The hotel may appear a bit worn out, but it is still well-maintained and clean.

Friendly staff made me feel at home, upgraded to a suite with a fine view of the hills and a well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast was delicious, quality coffee and tea available. Convenient location with a cable car a short walk away.
Couldn't fault this hotel, everything was really good.
